It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to help you and offer you a solution. You can mail to: info@beenhakkertegels.nl

Our complaints staff will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction. After receipt of your complaint we will send you a confirmation. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it takes longer we will inform you. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where we are affiliated.

From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage. If the complaint is not yet handled elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the platform of the European Union.

We are closing our doors as of July 1.

As of July 1, 2024, Beenhakker Tiles will cease business operations. You can still order until July 1, 2024. After that, our webshop will close and we will no longer take new orders.
