Rectified
Below you will find an overview of the floor tiles and wall tiles that have been rectified. Rectified tiles, also called sawn tiles, have straight sides. The tiles are sawn after firing and therefore have perfectly straight sides. The advantage of straight, sawn sides is that these tiles can be installed with a narrow joint of approximately 2 mm. The tiles that have been rectified therefore often look more modern than non-rectified tiles. For the best result of rectified tiles, the surface must be completely flat. Rectified tiles are the same size within a batch, but can differ per production. With monocaliber rectified tiles, the tiles are always the same size.
